This initiative is part of the faculty\u2019s efforts to enhance sustainability and improve water resource management on campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The installation of paving blocks in the FPIK Unpad parking area is designed to allow rainwater to seep into the ground, thereby reducing surface runoff and preventing waterlogging. This system not only optimizes rainwater management but also helps mitigate flood risks and improve the environmental quality around the campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The paving blocks selected have a special design with gaps that enable rainwater to directly infiltrate the soil while also supporting vegetation around the parking area. With this technology, rainwater is not only absorbed into the soil but also contributes to replenishing groundwater reserves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This initiative aligns with Unpad\u2019s broader sustainability programs and reflects the faculty\u2019s commitment to implementing environmentally friendly practices.
